Natural treatments for fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia causes muscle pain, fatigue and other symptoms which can be alleviated naturally with exercise, stress reduction techniques and acupressure or massage. It's hard to do these things when you're tired but it's worth it for the benefits you receive. You can also try essential oils for relaxation and muscle pain (like lavender and peppermint) and certain vitamins like D and B1, B5 and B12. Some people say supplements like SAMe and 5-HTP also help so those could be worth a try.
