Place your container of fish oil capsules in the freezer. Swallow capsules while still frozen with ice cold water to avoid the fishy after-taste.

Fish oil capsules that have an after taste are cheap capsules. A good capsule will not have an after taste. Try a better more expensive fish oil. This way your getting what you need plus no after taste.
