Make salads more convenient to prepare
After a grocery store trip when you’re loaded up on lettuce and fresh veggies, take 15 minutes tear up the lettuce into salad sized pieces, wash/peel/chop/slice some of the veggies, and put into Tupperware or well-sealed baggies. You’ll be much more motivated to eat a healthy salad when all you have to do is open the Tupperware and assemble the salads from ingredients that have already been prepped. Just don’t forget about them for too long, as some veggies go bad faster after being chopped.
