I did immediately. Now the magazines I already love won't litter my apartment and it's even better than passing on the hard copy to a friend.  And your entire subscription is stored online for reference. Don't throw it away until you get the return envelopes out of it.  You can take the envelope apart and turn it inside out and tape or sticker the sides together and you have a brand new envelope to mail you bills in!
