Get the right tools for the job.
Once you are clear about where you want to go and you've got set targets for your goals, it's time to start looking for everything you'll need for getting the job done. It may include specific times for visualization, conversations with certain people, the right speed for your computer, a new web domain, a good head set and microphone etc. Begin listing the resources and set yourself up for success. Your lack of resources must never become your reasons for not moving forward.

Topic starter at any party
When trying to approach someone you would like to get to know at a party or public gathering, try to make the topic starter interesting. Present an issue that requires his/her opinion, such as "my friend thought that..what do you think about it?" People love to have their opinions asked and give their perspective on specific topics. You might not necessarily get to take her home, but you're almost guaranteed to at least make a friend.

Keep track of hardware while building
When you are putting together something with lots of different sized hardware, get out your muffin pans and separate it before you start. Label the tins so it will be easier to grab the size of hardware you need while doing your project.

How to keep your dog off of the counter
Tie a bit of fishing line to a piece of bacon on the kitchen counter. On the other end, attach three or four aluminum cans. When the pooch takes the bait and hears the noise, it will jump back, alarmed. Take this moment, upon hearing the noise, to go in and further scold the dog. Takes one or maybe two times, before fido is terrified of food on the counter.

How to frame an irregular sized picture
To avoid high costs of framing for your irregularly shaped pictures and art, buy a float frame. These frames consist of the outside frame, but the inside is formed by two pieces of actual glass. Your picture or art simply "floats" in the middle, displaying both a front and back. A simple sawtooth avoids a wire showing as well. Now, glass serves as the matted border! Use this kind of frame to display your first earned dollar!

Household
Remove perspiration from clothing
Perspiration odor is hard to remove from clothing, unless you know this trick. Built up over time, it can color light fabrics yellow. The best way to combat the smell and discoloration is to use vinegar on the fabric. Soak in vinegar before washing as usual. You can assist dingy clothing or tough stains by letting the first cycle of your washing machine to sit for 30 minutes and then continue as usual. This allows the detergent to soak into the clothing and lift out the dirt and stains.
