Resist urge to ask what do you do for a living
When you first meet someone resist the urge to ask "what do you do for a living?" Get to know the person as themselves and let that information naturally fall into the conversation. That way you don't make assumptions regarding a career and you possibly could save embarrassment over some answers you might receive as well.

How to have a healthy argument

Instead, try "I love that you like planning stuff for us to do, but tonight, I'd like to give it a shot."

How to make flowers a more special gift
Artistic? Next time, instead of giving your significant other flowers, give them a drawing or painting of flowers. It's just as pretty, shows your creativity, and lasts longer. Not artistic? That's okay - buy a drawing or painting of flowers. It still shows more thought than just stopping by the florist on the way home from work.

The five love languages of apology
We should all consider the different parts of making a good apology.
Expressing regret - “I am sorry.”
Accepting responsibility - “I was wrong.”
Making Restitution- “What can I do to make it right?”
Genuinely Repenting - “I'll try not to do that again.”
Requesting Forgiveness - “Will you please forgive me?”
