How to remove tomato sauce from clothes
To remove those stubborn spaghetti stains from clothing gently rub some dishwashing liquid into the stain, and run under cool water. If the stain doesn't come out the first try, try again. Launder as normal and the stain should be gone.

How to store batteries for recycling
Take a used tissue box (a square one) and line it with a quart-sized zipper storage bag and place it in a cupboard or closet. The tissue box opening is the perfect size for disposing of batteries and when lined with a zipper bag, the batteries are safe and secure and will not leak onto surfaces. When the bag is full, simply pull the bag from the tissue box and bring to your battery disposal site. This tip also keeps used batteries out of drawers and where little hands can find them.

How to keep heating costs down at night
In order to keep heating costs down at night with an infant in our house, we purchased an oil-filled heater that we turn on in his room and we turn down our central gas heater to 60. My husband and I are nice and comfortable and so is the baby!
