Use a running alarm clock to get up
If you are the among the ones who set their alarm clocks only to turn the alarm off in the morning and then get back to sleep, this one is for you. Easy and inexpensive cold sore treatment
Get some Listerine and hold it on the cold sore. You will feel the tingle and it actually helps to reduce the swelling. Use Neosporin to help with the scab that develops after and your cold sore will take about a day or two less to heal. I've gotten them since I was a child and this has always been my method. Quick at home migraine relief
Fill a large pan with hot water. The water shouldn't be so hot that you can't touch it. In a sitting position, immerse both feet into the water. At the same time, place a cold pack on top of or around your neck. Sit like this for at least 10 mins. Reheat water and repeat until you feel the migraine subsiding.
